Little Coastal Cottage- A Custom Dollhouse

Well folks the day is finally here! Little Coastal Cottage is finally finished and I’m so excited to show you how it turned out. If you are interested in purchasing this cottage the pricing and other details will be at the end of this post.

This little house is very, very customized. I spent way too much time adding lots of extra details and changing things about and I’m so happy I did!

For this cottage I went with a shabby look with lots of coastal whites, creams, and greys. I leaned heavily into coastal inspired textures and added multiple wall finishes in each room. Shiplap, beadboard, painted tin, and board and batten are all featured here! To keep things airy I kept the palette light and bright with a mix or creams and whites.

The doors are all weathered and worn, as are the floors. I added pretty white linen window shades for a soft romantic look throughout. I decided this cottage needed a big wrap around deck to watch the sea from. Can you picture sitting there with a glass of lemonade and a good book? There’s nothing better than sea air and the sound of the waves.

The kitchen is small but cozy, and includes a lovely farmhouse sink and an antique cupboard to store your dishes in. There is room for a small stove or a little dining set.

The living room features a second doorway into the kitchen, and a custom built-in fireplace.

The stairs lead you up to the second floor where there is space for a cozy bedroom and a bathroom. The bathroom fixtures are all included, and fits nicely tucked in under the eaves.

It comes unfurnished. The kitchen sink (not glued in), kitchen cupboard (glued onto the wall) bathroom fixtures and custom fireplace are all included, as is free shipping.

My dollhouses are shipped and professionally packaged by FedEx. This dollhouse comes fully insured for damage or loss. U.S. only please!

You will need to have someone available to sign for the package when it arrives. Tracking is included.
